What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intermediate Interior Designer position at CO architects?
CO Architects is looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer to join our interdisciplinary and collaborative project teams. Candidate should exhibit the following skills and traits:

- Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills
- Experience and knowledge in the following:
- Design, coordination and documentation of architectural interiors
- Design, layout and documentation of furniture systems
- Building codes and agency requirements
- Building Engineering Systems and coordination with consultants
- Working with contractors/trades in collaborative delivery
Job Requirements:
- 5- 7 years’ experience in the design and construction industry
- Institutional or Healthcare interiors project experience preferred
- Applicant shall be proficient in Revit/BIM production for large scale buildings
- Past experience with direct client interaction
- Professional architecture/interior design degree required, Master of Architecture/Interior Design preferred
- Architectural or interior design professional license within the State of California preferred
- LEED-AP ID C preferred
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
