QBK Sports is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced coach to help lead our thriving competitive youth beach volleyball program. As a coach, you will play a crucial role in fostering a love for the sport, developing young athletes’ skills, and building a competitive and successful program.Responsibilities:Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate practice plans for intermediate – advanced skill levels (ages 7 ).Conduct individual and group skill training sessions, focusing on passing, setting, hitting, serving, and beach-specific techniques.Lead multiple teams of dedicated, competitive youth in their developmentLead scrimmages and competitions, providing constructive feedback and coaching guidance.Organize and participate in tournaments, ensuring a positive and supportive team environment.Recruit and retain talented athletes, building a strong and diverse program.Collaborate with other coaches and program staff to ensure smooth operations.Promote the program within the community and develop relationships with local schools and organizations.Maintain accurate records and documentation of player progress and participation.Qualifications:Experience coaching youth beach volleyball.Excellent communication with children ages 7 : Ability to create a safe and welcoming environment, use age-appropriate language, explain concepts clearly, actively listen, and provide encouraging feedback.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.Strong organizational and time management skills.Passion for beach volleyball and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.**must be available early afternoons through the season, and at least 1 tournament weekend/month
