An owner's project management firm with over 30 years' experience and a $2.75 billion portfolio, Coast and Harbor is looking for qualified candidates to assist with design review during the preconstruction phase of projects. Services will be provided on an as-needed, part-time basis.
Responsibilities Include :
- Thorough review of design documents on behalf of the owner for accuracy and consistency, and compliance with the owner's program.
- Checking that the design adheres to local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
- Assessing project feasibility relative to budget constraints, site limitations, and project timeline.
