**Duties:**
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in customer service, hotel management, or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations and reservation systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
