Patient Services Representative - CCHC Craven Podiatry
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the Podiatry office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary information for billing purposes
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
