We’re looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Claims Customer Service Representative to manage auto glass insurance claims from start to finish. You’ll work directly with customers, insurance companies, and our technicians to keep jobs moving smoothly and paid correctly.
What You’ll Do
- File and manage auto glass insurance claims
- Verify coverage, deductibles, and approvals
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers
- Schedule repairs and track claim status
- Submit invoices and resolve claim issues
- Provide back-up support for incoming calls for quotes and service
- Meet with local insurance agents to educate them about our company, glass claim trends and the services we offer
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with insurance claims required, Safelite Solutions and Lynx experience preferred
- Strong phone, computer, and organization skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
