What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Scheduler-Part Time (M 8a-5p and T-F 9a-2p) position at COASTAL ORTHOPEDICS & SPORTS MEDICINE?
The Appointment Scheduler role is responsible for scheduling patient appointments of clinic and rehab services. This position is responsible for accurately scheduling individual and recurrent appointments, while providing excellent customer service. This role will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from High School or equivalent
- Office setting and computer experience required
- Medical background preferred

- Medium work: lifting 50-lbs. Maximum with moderate lifting and / or carrying of objects weighing up to 10lbs
