Coastal Structures Corporations is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage various construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and be proficient in utilizing construction management software.
*Responsibilities*
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, including OSHA standards
- Utilize Construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams
*Experience*
- Proven experience in construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and processes
- Familiarity with ProCore, HeavyBid, or similar construction software
- Ability to build and manage construction schedules effectively
- Experience supervising commercial or residential projects is a plus
