Warehouse Associate

Coastal Water Filters, Inc is looking for a hard working, efficient, detail oriented warehouse manager to oversee and assist with stocking, picking, and packing products at our Naples location.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30 pm
• 40 Hours Weekly Some Overtime
• Pay dependent on skills and experience
• Paid Weekly Every Friday

Job Duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Picking, Packing, and Shipping products
• Assisting customers with orders at main counter
• Basic Computer and Mobile Application skills required
• Accurately enter data into computer/application based inventory system
• Recording sales transactions and processing payments in POS system
• Safely and efficiently operating Forklifts, Hand Truck, and Pallet Jack
• Maintaining accurate inventory by following company procedures, ensuring all parts, pieces, and serial numbers match the inventory being pulled or received
• Accurately pulling, packing, and filling orders in a timely manner
• Receiving and stocking incoming inventory
• Maintaining the warehouse clean and orderly
• Efficiently loading and unloading trucks and trailers
• Assist customers in loading merchandise into their vehicles
• Transferrring inventory between various warehouses
• Providing the highest level of customer service to our clients
• Following all safety standards and requirements as per OSHA and Hazmat
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Drivers License
• Experience driving large trucks and trailers preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
• Must have a high level of accountability and follow instructions to complete assigned tasks.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing preferred.

Work environment includes working independently or in small groups, handling, moving, and stacking equipment, and working in a warehouse environment. Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
