experienced and strategic Director of Commercial Property Management to lead our
commercial division and oversee our full portfolio of commercial assets in Bend, Oregon.
Job Summary:
The Director of Commercial Property Management is responsible for full oversight of the
commercial portfolio and leadership of the commercial property management department.
This role manages property managers and support staff, owns operational and financial
performance, and serves as the primary point of accountability for owner relations, tenant
satisfaction, and departmental excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Commercial Property Management team.
- Establish and refine departmental processes, systems, and standards.
- Oversee daily operations across all commercial properties.
- Review, approve, and manage all leases and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
- Direct maintenance programs, capital projects, vendor coordination.
- Prepare and present financial and performance reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Maintain strong owner, tenant, and vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
Qualifications:
- Property Management license required; Principal Broker’s license preferred.
- Proven commercial property management experience.
- Strong knowledge of leases, CAM reconciliations, budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
