Outside Sales Manager

Our client, a premium provider of eco-conscious and luxury landscaping services, is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Manager to help expand their footprint across high-end commercial markets. This is a field-based role for a confident, self-motivated closer who excels at cold outreach, builds instant rapport, and thrives in a commission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate new business via cold calling, cold knocking, and networking

• Build strong relationships with high-end commercial clients

• Present and sell premium, sustainable landscaping services

• Close sales, negotiate contracts, and exceed revenue targets

• Manage inbound leads while maintaining a strong outbound focus

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding

• Stay up-to-date on landscaping trends and the luxury market

• Maintain detailed sales activity and reports using CRM tools

Skills and Experience:

• Proven success in outside sales in luxury services or landscaping

• Confident in cold outreach and face-to-face selling

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills

• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Location: Alpharetta, GA (field-based with local travel)

Remuneration: OTE up to $100,000 , uncapped commission, benefits & performance incentives
