Our goal is to provide a high-quality experience to our guests at all points of their stay, and that begins with a friendly and excellent agent at the front desk. While experience is appreciated, we are happy to train motivated individuals for this position. A flexible schedule is ideal since your shifts may vary each week. The duties of this position include, but may not be limited to:
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and take reservations
- Check guests in and out on an internet-based reservation system
- Greet guests and attend to their needs
- Balance cash drawer
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry
- Prepare, serve, and clean-up breakfast
- Collaborate with other departments
- Confidentiality
- Stock and organize supplies
- Ensure standards are met
- Report to work punctually, dressed in full uniform, and well-groomed
