Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate active involvement in the implementation and improvement of relevant quality procedures.
  • Attract, develop, and retain the best team to deliver Cochlear's current and future business objectives, for example, by:
    • Ensuring clarity of expectations and outcomes for individuals and team.
    • Providing regular feedback on performance and alignment with the HEAR behaviors.
    • Providing coaching for growth and success to build individual and team capability.
    • Demonstrate due diligence commitment to workplace health and safety through active involvement and implementation of Cochlear's WHS and injury management procedures including adherence to any local legislative requirements.


Key Requirements

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience with High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 years of experience
  • Strong computer skills with experience in various software packages, including Microsoft Suite and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment and balance / manage multiple, changing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Approaches projects collaboratively, seeking varied inputs.
  • Ability to identify solutions and challenge the status quo to deliver creative solutions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and positively in a team environment. Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization, establish professional relationships, and communicate openly within the department and with cross-functional teams.

  • Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 7.5% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
  • Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as 401(K) matching with immediate vesting, Paid Time Off, tuition reimbursement, maternity and paternity leave, Employee Stock Purchase Plan and pet insurance.
