Summary
The Cochran Project Assistant complies and maintains records of Construction Project activities by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The following are the duties associated with being a Cochran Project Assistant. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work with Project Manager as required for Preparation of monthly project billings, including tracking, schedule of values, pay applications, notice of right to lien, lien releases, vendor lien releases and other required compliance ensuring that such billings are completed, approved, billed internally and submitted correctly
- Preparation of Work Order Service billings as needed per specific customer needs.
- Enter required, budgets, phase codes, change orders and work orders.
- Ensure accuracy to track and process group's time into the payroll system.
- Creates and enters required billing rate templates.
- Complete Job Set and Work Order up in Viewpoint and Files
- Order and Maintain Insurance Certificates for Contracts
- Issue Sub-Tier Subcontractor PO's or Subcontracts, insurance, lien release, certified payroll and any other compliance that may be required. Work with Project Manager on payment approvals
- Update A/R accounts & Collections in P/E on a regular basis.
- Assist Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable as required
- Certified Payroll / EEO compliance forms and Websites as required
- Any other duties that may be required of the Admin / PA Team

Education/Experience
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability

Math Ability
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Spreadsheet software, accounting software and other software that may be required.
