What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate/Cashier position at Cocoa Beach Surf Company?
The Cocoa Beach Surf Company is looking for Retail Sales Associates! Part Time available. Experience is not necessary, but customer service skills are!
Surfing or Kayak outdoor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Greet customers as they enter the store.
- Assist customers with questions about services and merchandise.
- Process returns, reshelf/restock items.
- Perform light cleaning.
- Operate cash register.
- Prepare merchandise for sales floor.
- Assist in merchandising product on the sales floor.
- Engage with the customer and promote sales.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience.
- Merchandising experience is a plus.
- Outgoing, positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Schedule typically:
- 2:00PM - 10:00 PM
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
