- Help grow the compensation team
- Utilize data to drive insights and strategy
- Special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8 years of relevant experience in Compensation
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong written/oral communications
- Ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights.
