FP&A Manager (Adaptive Planning)
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
I’m working with a real estate investment company who is hiring for a Finance Manager!
This company is looking to hire an FP&A Manager who is an expert in Adaptive reporting and modeling. This company values each person’s unique skill set within FP&A and Adaptive, but the ideal candidate will contribute to the high performing nature of the company as well. This role will report directly to the VP of Corporate Finance.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Support and enhance the budgeting and forecasting processes using Workday Adaptive Planning
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by thoroughly reviewing, reconciling, and improving data inputs and outputs within the Workday platform.
- Oversee and maintain financial dashboards
- Assist in training new employees on the Workday Adaptive platform and financial modeling best practices.
- Provide support for various ad hoc projects requested by senior management
- Create exhibits and visualizations for senior management and board presentations.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance
- Prior experience in Adaptive Planning administration
- Ideal candidate requires strong modeling skills within Adaptive & Excel
