Compensation: $13.25 per hour

What You’ll Get to Do:

As a Kitchen Associate you will be responsible for ensuring each guest receives exceptional service by creating a friendly environment, greeting each guest, maintaining high standards, demonstrating solid product knowledge, and delivering all components of outstanding guest service.

• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all food products
• Prepare menu items according to the company’s recipes ensuring quality and consistency
• Maintain and practice safe and sanitary food handling procedures at all times
• Assist in training team members as needed and become cross-trained in both retail and food service operations where applicable
• Follow incident reporting procedures and promptly report any safety concerns or related incidents to management
• All other duties as assigned
  
  

We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for the duration of your shift which starts at 4 AM
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload
• Strong verbal communication to interact with guests and team members effectively
• Willingness to learn the store’s computer applications
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check
• Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment preferred
