SUMMARY:
The Player’s Club Representative will assist in promoting the player’s reward club and distributing general casino information while performing club enrollment tasks, club offer redemptions, and ticket sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enroll customers in the player tracking system, print cards, and explain extra play cash and rules of the club.
- Check points for club members as requested.
- Maintain knowledge of all club promotions in order to explain information to customers.
- Perform Ticket West and gift card sales as needed.
- Perform casino wide announcements as requested.
- Check coats and bags for customers.
- Keep booth stocked with needed supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer wheelchair use.
- Answer phones and direct calls or provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints or direct the customers to the appropriate resources.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Must be able to obtain a Coeur d’Alene tribal gaming license.
- High school diploma required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Six months previous customer service experience required.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and data entry required.
- Must type 40 WPM, demonstrate by testing prior to being hired.
- Strong cashiering skills required.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Strong multitasking skills required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills required.
- Basic problem solving skills required.
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
