We at Coforge are hiring Technical Project Manager/ Scrum Master with the following skillset:
- Large Scale Agile Framework
- Strongly Desired Expert level experience in managing the project's scope and timelines.
- Understand the technical context, architecture, and product roadmap to effectively support the engineering team.
- Help the team adopt engineering best practices: DevOps pipelines, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, etc.
- Partner with Technical Leads to ensure sprint goals align with technical feasibility.
- Ensuring sprints coordination, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
- Mentoring team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Experience working with software engineering teams (web, mobile, cloud, API, microservices, etc.)
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders.
- Experienced in monitoring progress and matrices.
- Good knowledge of Tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar.
- Behaviour skills In-depth knowledge of scrum framework, roles, ceremonies, artifacts and principles .
- Possesses product and industry knowledge
- Effective communitation (Active listening /Oral/Written communication)
