Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasadena, CA, for a Global and National Account Manager. The role involves managing and growing strategic accounts, developing relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal service to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building and account management skills
- Experience in sales, contract negotiation, and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Proven track record of customer retention and satisfaction
- Ability to learn technical terminology and concepts related to Internet, Ethernet, and Colocation services
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
