Job Title : Technical Program Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join a high-performing team in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of TPM experience (within a total of 12 years in IT), strong technical expertise in data migration, Java, Spark, and fluency in Spanish to effectively collaborate across multicultural teams.

• Location: On-site in Sunnyvale, CA 5 days per week
• Local candidates only
• Spanish fluency is required

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 12 years of IT experience, including 5 years in a dedicated Technical Program Manager role
• Proven experience leading data migration initiatives and working with Java and Apache Spark
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Technology Management, or related field
• Prior experience working in or supporting the Retail industry is strongly preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of the full product development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish

Preferred Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with modern programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
• Experience working closely with IT engineers, software architects, and senior management
• Knowledge of product performance evaluation and optimization techniques
• Understanding of product deployment, integration, and release cycles

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to product planning and drive execution through Agile/Scrum practices
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery
• Report development progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership
• Manage product deployment, integration, and post-deployment support
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Stay current with advancements in technology and program management practices
