About The Role
As an Appian Developer, you will make an impact by designing and implementing Appian-based solutions to meet business requirements. You will be a valued member of the Digital Process Automation (DPA) team and work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, and offshore developers.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead Appian development efforts and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct workshops and demos.
- Design and develop Appian components including SAIL interfaces, process models, rules, and expressions.
- Integrate Appian applications with external systems using REST APIs.
- Manage data using complex data types (CDTs), XSDs, and SQL queries.

What you need to have to be considered
- 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in Appian development.
- Strong expertise in Appian implementation methodology and full lifecycle delivery.
- Proficiency in Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, Expressions, Documents, and Knowledge Center.
- Experience in data management using CDTs, XSDs, and SQL queries.
- Proven ability to lead offshore development teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Current Appian certification
- Experience in Appian governance and modular design principles.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and database tuning.
- Ability to deliver engaging demos and workshops to business users.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
