What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Lab Coordinator position at Cohen Orthodontics?
We are a busy and friendly orthodontic practice located in Bergen County (Mahwah, NJ), and we are currently seeking an Orthodontic Lab Coordinator to join our team!
Ideal Candidate:
You are organized, dependable, enthusiastic, and meticulous, with a strong sense of teamwork. While prior dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, it is not required — we are happy to train the right candidate!.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (No weekends!) You must be able to work all patient hours:
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Sterilization of instruments and maintenance of sterilization area
- Tracking and organizing lab cases
- Making retainers
- Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
