Head of Employee Success Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership of IT Support Services
Set the overall strategy and direction for IT support services.
Develop and execute a vision for employee productivity and experience.
Generate and analyze statistical reports for process optimization.
Partner with InfoSec to ensure the security of collaboration technologies and compliance with standards.
Develop and manage budgets in line with organizational goals.
Key Capabilities
Ability to translate organizational IT vision into actionable goals focused on employee productivity and service supportability.
Proven experience in leading diverse IT teams and aiding in the professional growth of team members.
Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports to drive efficiency and optimization.
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain partnerships with various departments.
Competence in developing budgets, business case justifications, and cost / benefit analyses.

Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and / or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
