Digital Account Associate's serve as the engine that drives success with our clients. We provide in-depth and on-the-job training to begin work on client projects for our mix of political, public affairs, and corporate clients. This involves strategizing, implementing, managing, and optimizing a broad range of digital marketing campaigns under the instruction of the Senior Account Management team.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of paid online media and organic search optimization, social media, analytics and insights, marketing automation, and web development workflow, and an interest in the political field we work in. This is a position we consider essential to the company’s growth and our client's overall success
Key Responsibilities:
Client Data & Assets
- Ensure all client internal documentation is up-to-date
- Assist with pulling assets for various client projects which may include images, research, data, documents, etc.
- Help manage social content calendars and budget tracking
Administrative
- Take thorough notes in client meetings and track action items
- Monitor platforms such as email/Slack/Basecamp
- Maintain production schedules and project deadlines
- Conduct research for content
Innovation
- Help brainstorm for client projects
- Consistently take inventory of ColdSparks current resources and seek opportunities to increase efficiency
- Keep a pulse on the latest industry-related trends and political climate
