What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cake Decorator position at Cold Stone Creamery?
Most Cold Stone Creamery stores are owned and operated by independent franchisee operators. These franchisees, who want to be in business for themselves but not by themselves, are independent employers which means they exclusively: (i) recruit, hire, train, and manage their own employees, (ii) set their own employment policies and procedures, and (iii) handle all matters of employment at their store. Franchisor does not control employment matters and does not employ those working at franchised restaurants.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Build and Decorate Signature, Custom and Theme cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches etc
- Maintaining adequate levels of cakes, cupcakes and cookie sandwiches in the display freezers.
- Maintaining a clean store, and keep cake decorating supplies organized.
Requirements:
- Cake Decorating experience is required.
- Decorate cakes, Cupcakes, Cookie Sandwiches.
- Use Air Brush for decorating theme cakes.
- Reliable transportation
