Job requirements
- Demonstrate end to end ownership of the store
- Master and execute our systems and processes
- Manage inventory, stock and finances
- Mentor leads and crew members, and build a truly cohesive team
- Help make products - ice creams, cakes, cupcakes, waffles, etc.
- Be a role model for exceptional customer service
Benefits
- Base pay of $22-23/hour $4-6 in tips. Total $26-29/hour
- Monthly bonus of up to $150/month for meeting monthly payroll goals
- Monthly bonus of up to $100/month for meeting cake inventory goals
- 5 days/year of paid time off in year 1-2, 2 weeks in year 3-4, 3 weeks in year 5 and up
- 6.5 days/year of paid sick time off
- 50% pay for events that require hospitalization (max 1 month)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
