COLDER'S (WEST ALLIS, WI) is looking for a talented Accounting Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the Accounting department to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on more advanced responsibilities.

You are detail-oriented and take pride in being highly organized. With a knack for numbers and organization, you play a key role in helping our team stay efficient so we can serve our customers!

Responsibilities :

• Review and process invoices on time, apply credits, adjust payment terms
• Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
• Verify and enter data into our accounting system to ensure the proper supporting documentation, coding approval and

amount are correct

• Prepare batch check runs and ACH transactions
• Respond to emails timely and professionally
• Perform general office duties, including drafting communication and filing
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications :

• High school diploma required, additional accounting or bookkeeping education preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Meticulous attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities
• Work independently and collaborate well with others
• Professional Worth ethic and positive attitude
• General computer proficiency
