Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent at our Long Beach office. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for identifying and securing new listings, negotiating lease and sales transactions, conducting market research, and providing advisory services to clients. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, preparing detailed property reports, and collaborating with other agents and professionals within the firm.
Qualifications
- Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate skills
- Holding a valid Real Estate License in California is required
- Brokerage and Sales skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
