Purpose of Job

Facilitate residential real estate referrals into and out of HRC Realty as part of the Corporate Services Department. Manage and distribute incoming, outgoing, affinity, rental, and internet referrals. Counsel and assess the individual client’s needs to coordinate the placement of incoming business opportunities with the agent team. Manage databases, updates, status changes, etc., in multiple programs and promptly enter referral and closing data into tracking software.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Management:

  • Ensure the timely placement of referral business with a team agent
  • Ensure the referred client is matched with the proper office location and the most appropriate team agent
  • Focus on achieving established performance metrics internally and from external sources of business
  • Regularly run reports from referral management software for internal use and for leadership
  • Assist the Relocation Director with overseeing the agent teams and reviewing agent performance metrics
  • Perform activities that include referral follow-up, referral placement, customer communication, agent selection, and ensuring referral fees are paid
  • Communicate regularly with all sources of business, including corporate and relocation management company consultants, to develop and maintain relations
  • Follow up on all referrals to ensure the agent is performing their duties and the customer is satisfied
  • Professionally represent the company and department at industry and company events
  • Work with leadership to implement procedural changes due to policy, market, or client requirements as necessary
  • Bill for rental assistance or tour fees
  • Submit, review, and get approval for any corporate inventory expenses
  • Address or escalate any service issues to resolution
  • Support other department coworkers to act as back-up when needed
  • Additional tasks, as needed
  • Training and Public Relations:
  • Willingness to attend branch and regional office meetings
  • Assist in agent training and promote department initiatives such as outgoing referral objectives
  • Work with agent teams to coach and manage their overall performance

Qualifications and Skills Needed

  • At least 2 year’s experience in direct customer service, real estate, or relocation-related position
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Expertise in high-level customer service
  • Knowledge of procedures for Broker Market Analysis, pre-marketing, and home sale programs a plus
  • Work with agents, leadership, clients, and customers in a respectful and collaborative way

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
