I’m a Tufts senior and licensed real estate agent seeking 1–2 motivated Tufts students to join a paid, hands-on real estate apprenticeship during the 2026 leasing season (spring & fall) in Medford/Somerville. This is a mini-apprenticeship—not a traditional internship—offering real responsibility, client interaction, and direct exposure to the rental process from listing to lease signing. Selected students will receive mentorship, practical training, and full sponsorship to obtain their Massachusetts real estate license, with the opportunity to earn income through deal-based or task-based compensation once licensed. The role is ideal for students interested in real estate, entrepreneurship, sales, or business (freshman/sophomore preferred), and no prior experience is required.
