What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Cole Family Eye Care?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will have the responsibility of handling various administrative tasks such as: answering phones, checking in patients, receiving payments, handling medical records requests, scheduling and confirming appointments. In addition, the successful candidate will take on the receptionist role by greeting clients and guests as well as directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Education required:
- High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience required:
- No experience needed. Cole Family Eye Care provides on the job training.

Career Path:
