Salary/Rates: This is a pay per visit model (PPV) with two options:
Pay Per Visit w/benefits and no paid time off: $48-$56 per billable hour depending on experience (paid by unit billed); $70 per evaluation
Pay Per Visit w/benefits and paid time off accrued: $44-$52 per billable hour depending on experience (paid by unit billed); $70 per evaluation
Location: 16835 Deer Creek Drive, Spring, TX 77379
Hours/Schedule: Flexible on days and times (evenings preferred)

Qualifications of this Occupational Therapy (OT) position include the following:
- Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred
- Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT)
