Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., an AV-rated litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Scheduler for its West Palm Beach office. Candidate must have prior or current experience in scheduling Depositions and Hearings. Please DO NOT submit a resume without this experience.
Candidates must have knowledge of court procedures, setting hearings, courtMAP, Florida E-Courtesy and Florida E-filing via E-Portal. Candidates must have at least 2 years' experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and be well organized. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure is a must.
