Consumer & Commercial Sales Manager

Coleman Worldwide Moving, a trusted leader in the moving and storage industry for over 97 years, is looking for a Consumer & Commercial Sales Manager to expand our footprint and drive success within our Service Centers in AL, TN & the Gulf Coast of Florida.

The Consumer & Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and training resulting in customer satisfaction and quality sales experience for specified region and ensures sales teams have clear understanding of their responsibilities and motivates them to attain organizational goals. Compensation starts at $60K-75K/year depending on experience and can also receive commissions and bonuses.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Monitor sales productivity
• Ensure quality of service meets expectations
• Support sales team by providing resources and assistance in the field
• Train new sales staff and provide training updates to all sales staff as needed
• Communicate with corporate sales staff often to receive new assignments and collect new training information
• Recruit and hire new sales team members, and fire sales staff as required
• Enforce all Coleman Worldwide Moving Best Practices and Allied Programs
• Assist and monitor all Coleman programs
• Conduct weekly sales meetings
• All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of company software
• Interpersonal communication
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Attention to detail
• Conflict management skills
• Knowledge of DOT regulations

Required Education and Experience:

• Required: 2 years of proven success in sales
• Required: 2 years in a sales management role
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Preferred: Household goods experience

Working Conditions:

• Indoors
• Office and warehouse environment
• Frequent traveling
• Frequent use of telephone
