Position Overview
The Warehouse associate will work closely with other warehouse staff to execute operations regarding shipping, receiving, and fulfillment of physical product. In addition, this role will collaborate closely and regularly with our inventory manager to ensure proper support for the business and our customers.
\n- Assist with all aspects of warehouse physical product including storage, packing, shipping, and organizational process
- Maintain efficient and orderly arrangement of physical products to facilitate receiving, stocking, shipping and pickup of merchandise as directed by warehouse manager
- Execute prompt shipment of orders to adhere to customer shipping deadlines and SLAs
- Accept and receive orders of books and printing material through proper business process to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Complete accurate and complete shipping documentation including labels, content checklists, tabs, highlighting guides, etc.
- Assist other warehouse staff with tabbing and highlighting assignments, stocking, and receiving
- Monitor inventory levels and make appropriate recommendations to inventory manager to support customer and business needs
- Work closely with the finance team to execute accurate monthly (if required), quarterly and end of year audits to ensure accurate inventory levels are known
- Provide direction and support to Customer Service to ensure that they have the information needed to support our customer inquiries in matters relating to order fulfillment
- Regularly review the queue for and promptly respond to emails from students or customer service staff regarding shipping and orders in a professional and detailed manner for the customer as needed
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.

- Proficient in managing multiple tasks concurrently and prioritizing effectively
- Experience with ShipStation a plus
- Forklift certification a plus
- Expected work hours: M-F 8 am- 5pm with some required overtime as needed by business demand
- Prior experience in a similar warehouse or order fulfillment role is advantageous
- Demonstrated organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Industrious and capable of excelling in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Physical capability to lift and handle items weighing up to 75 lbs. regularly
