Marketing / Proposal Specialist

Collab Architecture is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing / Proposal

Specialist to support our business development and marketing initiatives. This role is

ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong graphic design skills and a passion for storytelling. You will assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials while maintaining our project and personnel databases.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal ; Business Development Support:

-Coordinate, design, and produce proposal responses, ensuring alignment

with Collab Architecture’s brand and messaging.

- Manage proposal submittal schedules, ensuring all required elements

(technical scope, staff qualifications, biographical data, and forms) are

completed accurately and on time.

- Collaborate with Principals and senior staff to develop compelling, client-

focused content for proposals and interviews.

Marketing & Communications:

- Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures,

presentations, and website content.

- Assist in maintaining and updating project and personnel databases for

marketing purposes.

- Develop content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and graphic standards across all

materials.

Graphics &; Design:

- Design and layout proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral

with a strong eye for typography, imagery, and composition.

- Maintain and update templates for proposals, resumes, and other marketing

materials.

- Edit and retouch images as needed for marketing materials and

presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism,

Communications, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, proposal development, or business

development.

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required, plus

Photoshop and Illustrator), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple

deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of architecture and design terminology is a plus.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.
