Title - Contracts Manager
Location - Rock Hill, SC (onsite)
Type - Fulltime
Pay Range - $100-130K Annually
Day to day :
- Customer-facing support and relationship management
- Review, edit, and negotiate supplier/subcontractor terms
- Negotiate credit applications and NDAs
- Knowledge of contract management, liability, indemnity, FAR/DFAR, and warranties
- Understanding of construction insurance
- Collaborate with sales teams
- Has one direct report
Must haves :
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor s degree in Business, Law, Construction Management or related field
- Previous negotiation experience with key customers and/or company representatives
- Customer facing experience
- 5 years experience
- Sales & Construction background preferred
