Job Description:
Colleague is currently looking for an Account Manager in the Dallas, Area. The Account Manager be working for a Landscape company. This would be a full-time, direct hire opportunity. As a Landscape Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
· Developing and implementing landscape maintenance programs that meet client needs and budget requirements
· Managing and coordinating all aspects of landscape maintenance services, including scheduling, crew deployment, and quality control
· Monitoring and tracking key performance metrics, such as client retention and profitability
· Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients
· Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services
· Staying current on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in landscape management, horticulture, or related field
· 1 years of experience in landscape management or account management role
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
· Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and techniques
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
· Valid Driver License Required
