Job Description:
Colleague is currently looking for a Landscape Project Manager in the Houston area. The Landscape Project Manager be working for an upscale Landscape company. This would be a full-time, direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design and construction, as well as experience managing projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
· Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
· Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors
· Oversee the installation of landscape elements, such as plants, hardscaping, and irrigation systems
· Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
· Manage project resources, including materials and labor
· Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
· Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
· Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, or a related field – a plus
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape design and construction
· Proven track record of successfully managing landscape projects
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
· Knowledge of landscape design software and project management tools
· Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
· Certification in project management is a plus
· Valid Driver’s License Required
