As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to our President and our Vice President.
As our Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support. This role requires a high level of organization, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Our Executive Assistant's Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and dynamic schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments for both personal and professional matters.
- Monitor email inboxes and direct messages to the appropriate individual for response or respond to messages, as appropriate
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including overseeing the collection of signatures on financial documents and statements.
- Maintain and oversee personal financial statements, cashflows, and deposits on behalf of the President of Great States Development.
- Compile the appropriate data and lead the completion of the President’s tax return(s).
- Conduct research and compile data as needed to support tactical and strategic initiatives for the President and Vice President. Ensure both are prepared for all meetings by printing documents and distributing materials, as needed.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and other logistical details, for the President and Vice President for professional and personal travel.
- Prepare internal and external correspondences and communications on behalf of the President and Vice President including communication to investors and partners.
- Manage passwords and login details ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
- Manage and submit expense reports.
- Ensure personal bills are paid in a timely manner and information contained within bills is accurate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

In this role, the estimated balance of distributed work will be supporting the President of Great States Development 80% of your time, and the Vice President of Great States Development 20% of your time.
