What are the responsibilities and job description for the Franchise Mover/Driver/Team Lead position at College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving?

Essential duties:
- Go out of your way to be friendly and professional.
- Look, act and become a friendly college hunk – starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at the waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
- SAFELY operate at all times.
- Be able to make good decisions.
- Lead your team by example.
- Help to train new hires.
- Complete daily checklists.
- Prevent careless and costly mistakes.
- Check-in regularly throughout the day with your direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
- MUST have reliable transportation to work.
- MUST be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- MUST enjoy hard work, world-class customer service, and helping others.
- MUST want to be part of a growing organization.
- MUST be drug and alcohol-free.
- MUST have a valid NC driver’s license (Non-CDL).
Starting pay at $14.00/hr -- Potential to make $19/hr with performance-based bonuses. TIPS EXTRA.
