WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide friendly, positive and stress-free moves and junk removal to all customers.
• Work hard to safely remove items from clients’ homes, offices and buildings.
• Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe.
• Lead by example. Always be branding.
• Drive a 16, 20, and or 26 foot box truck (non CDL)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking
• Effective leadership skills.
• Driving experience is a plus and will pay additional!
• Previous experience in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful but not required
• Reliable, professional, and knowledgeable personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Professionally wrap furniture
• Professionally pack the move truck utilizing the moving industries best practices.
• Provide a friendly, and professional service when completing a move with your team.
• Work with a team, collaborating to complete a common task of moving household goods.
• Sell packing inventory to clients when providing moving services
• Ensure daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc).
• Complete required documentation for the move job completed.
• Lead your team by relevant example, showing them what the core values of the company are all about.
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
• Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance.

Each CHHJ location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
