Minimum Requirements
Associates Degree with two years of professional administrative office work. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience using keyboard and numeric pad to perform data entry. Ability to read information critically, write effectively, and communicate verbally in an effective manner with all levels of internal customers. Ability to interpret information from various sources and make sound decisions. Attention to detail, Data entry, HR onboarding, and E-verify experience preferred.
Additional Comments Regarding Position
Ability to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive functions. Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the college. Knowledge of or ability to be trained in all FERPA, confidentiality of student records, state of SC and federal guidelines.
Requires 20 hours per week between 8:30am-5pm which may be worked in three or four day work week. A schedule will be set with the selected new employee.

Duties include: entering electronic personnel data forms into computer after researching various screens for information and coding. Process onboarding documents: 1-9, E-Verify, Direct Deposit.
