Searching for a Housing Consultant for a Student Housing company, Full Time with Benefits! $17/hour
National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual to fill an entry level full-time Student Housing Consultant position.
The Student Housing Consultant will help transform leads into student applications, maximize move-ins, and help facilitate good roommate matches. This position is located in Indianapolis (5175 E 65th St.) at our corporate office.
Candidate must have a professional attitude and appearance as this position has some direct contact with our student residents, school administration, and property managers.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. (30 min. lunch)
Salary: $17/hour Benefits

Qualifications
This position requires:
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Some college education, military service, or relevant work experience is desired. This is a business with the opportunity for growth.
- Good customer service skills, candidate must be able to work independently at a face pace, and have the desire to assist young people in achieving a positive student housing experience.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and needs to be detail oriented.
Salary : $17
