As the Office Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to oversee the effective running of the office operations. You will also provide proactive and professional general office administrative support to the Operations team. You will use your resilience and a proactive approach to any project that you tackle.

- This position is an on-site role based out of our Dallas office**
As the Office Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to oversee the effective running of the office operations. You will also provide proactive and professional general office administrative support to the Operations team. You will use your resilience and a proactive approach to any project that you tackle.
In this role, you will…
- Support local office events.
- Contribute and participate in the development of new operational systems and processes, and assist with change management activities.
- Manage and monitor the inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with reception coverage and associated duties when needed.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, organize large and complex activities such as cross-functional events, and schedule conferences and office activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Operations Managers and Senior Managing Directors.
- Coordinate communications, schedules, and information flow between departments.
- 3-5 years of progressive administrative or operations/office services experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated experience with project management.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience taking initiative and exercising good judgment and attention to detail.
- Exhibits initiative and good judgment, attention to detail.
- Client service oriented (both internal and external)
