Sales Lead Generator - Prescott

 Our Lead Generators are offered the flexibility of choosing a part-time or full-time position with Collins Comfort!

We can accommodate as little as a few hours a week or full-time schedules Monday - Sunday but we ask that you have some availability for the following shifts:

- Weekday Evenings: Mon-Fri 4:00pm-8:30pm

- Weekends: Saturday & Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm

Our Appointment Generator’s work in the field at our partner retail locations (membership warehouses), greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential water treatment and air-conditioning maintenance & replacement. We’re looking for motivated, sales driven & career-minded people to join our field team! Energetic, outgoing, tenacious people who enjoy working with the public and have a little competitive spirit tend to be very successful in this position! This is not a door-to-door sales position; you will be able to take comfort in the A/C of a retail store! The flexibility of the position provides a great opportunity for retirees, college students and those looking for flexible, full or part-time work!

Please note, this opportunity will require you to work on-site, in a retail warehouse store in the Prescott Valley area.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Greet customers approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services
• Engage customers in conversation and schedule an appointment for one of our Sales Consultants to visit the customers home to provide an estimates for product and services
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically

Qualifications

Do I Have What it Takes?

• Must have reliable transportation and a smart phone
• Must be able to perform independently with minimal supervision
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
