What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Representative Floater position at Collins Community Credit Union?
Collins Community Credit Union, a growing organization, is currently hiring for Member Representative Floater. This role will float between our Cedar Rapids, Marion, North Liberty, Cedar Falls and Dubuque markets. This person will be a competitive, independent, "doer" who can problem solve and get things done through people. In this role, you will promote and provide credit union products and services to new and existing members with referrals to appropriate departments when necessary. This position is responsible for transactions on the teller line, new account setup and account maintenance.

Qualified candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented and reliable, be able to multi-task, and have a positive attitude!
Must be available to work during business hours:

Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:15 pm

Friday 8:30am - 5:45 pm

Saturday 8:30am - 12:15 pm (Rotating Saturday's)
Member Representative Expectations:
1. Conduct account transactions and general account maintenance.
2. Actively promote and refer Credit Union products and services that will benefit and contribute to the member's financial success.
3. Effectively navigate and utilize various software and platforms.
4. Support the community by attending Credit Union sponsored events and activities.
