ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order and track product memos and finish samples.
- Prepare client presentations using PowerPoint and Adobe Suite.
- Prepare and print proposals using Design Manager software and analyze corresponding report for accuracy.
- Track and pull fabrics/trim and create workorders to forward to local workrooms.
- Prepare and print purchase orders and analyze for accuracy.
- Responsible for all filing and upkeep of client notebooks both digitally & hard copies (i.e. Construction and furniture books).
- Check receiving log daily and mark goods received on designers preferred form of follow up.
- Work closely with Purchasing Agent to ensure timely receipt of all goods.
- Liaison with Drafting to resolve issues and answer questions
- Prepare written correspondence to clients, subcontractors and vendors
- Process job orders and delivery tickets for client deliveries. Coordinate with Customer Service.
- Attend client meetings with Lead Designer to take notes and gain knowledge of project.
- Assist Designer with selections of paint and faux finishes, floor coverings, tile and grout, wall coverings, fabrics and treatments, light fixtures, furnishings and finishes, accessories.
- Attend client deliveries when needed to ensure correctness and integrity as well as placement of furnishings, window treatments, accessories, etc.
- Generate prebilling reports for accounting to invoice client.
- Any other miscellaneous support as needed.
- Maintain all client accounts within Design Manager software throughout the approval process.
- Create all schedules for construction with paint, lighting, wall coverings and tile slab with input from Project Manager
